Article 11 - Disputes

This Legal Notice conforms to French law, in particular the Confidence in the Digital Economy Act of 21 June 2004 and the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, amended by the Act of 6 August 2004.

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably despite attempts to do so, all action regarding the acceptance, validity, suspension, enforcement or performance of any provision in the Legal Notice shall be referred by express agreement to tribunals falling within the sole jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal, regardless of the place of purchase, and notwithstanding proceedings involving multiple defendants, proceedings requiring the introduction of third parties, or summary proceedings.
