The Coolvax pouch allows the transport of medicines and vaccines from the moment
they leave the pharmacy until they reach the patient’s home. It remains effective for 2 hours thanks to a refrigeration system that
has been laboratory tested and patented.
The Coolvax refrigerated pouch has been developed to keep a product at the right temperature in transit. Flexible eutectic gel packs provide the cold needed to keep the product at temperatures of between +2°C and +8°C throughout its journey. This is a patented product that has been specially designed for enclosing a vaccine in a cold source.
The cold chain has to be maintained up until the product is used. From the pharmacy to his home, the patient can keep his vaccine cool for at least one hour in a Coolvax pouch.
Reusable for many years, the refrigerated pouch is available in 3 sizes. It is aluminium-coated to make the customer aware of the fragile nature of the product carried. Instructions for use are printed on the back of the refrigerated pouch. It is simply and very securely closed using a zip fastening system. If necessary, we can customise your refrigerated pouch.

In
order to guarantee its effectiveness and its quality, it is compulsory for a
vaccine to be stored at temperatures of between +2°C and +8°C. These products
only need 2 minutes at ambient temperature to rise above the +8°C threshold. Once they leave their refrigerated cell, vaccines
and sensitive products lose their properties: at best, this makes them
ineffective and, at worst, they can damage the health of your patients. Therefore,
it is absolutely essential that a customised solution be implemented in order
to limit these risks!
