Fresh developments at Sofrigam! Discover them at the Cool Chain Europe Exhibition, the 26-27th January in Frankfurt

As a long-standing partner of Cool Chain Europe, Sofrigam is delighted to present its new product range and novel corporate identity this year at the occasion of the exhibition. An opportunity to briefly tell you about company developments.

Sofrigam, almost 40 years of cold-chain transportation experience

Established in 1979, Sofrigam began specialising in the design, testing, certification and manufacture of insulated and cooling packaging solutions in the 90s.

What makes us unique:

  • Our expertise enables us to deal with cold chain transportation delivery issues, primarily relative to the pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnological and cosmetic industries.

  • In order to facilitate and secure the transportation of heat-sensitive products, we develop and sell product ranges. We design customised offers recognised for their advanced technical nature in a context where requirements are demanding!

  • All our product designs are based upon TCO (Total cost ownership), and have been ever since Sofrigam was first established. This does not simply involve the inclusion of packaging solution data but consideration of overall logistics costs of the client in order to find the perfect solution.

Such creativity, responsiveness and accuracy have placed us amongst the European insulated packaging solution leaders.

2016: new identity, new ambitions

Sofrigam is reborn in 2016! With our new corporate identity, we will present our ambitions in terms of both our plans governing innovation and conquering the market.

This is our new logo:


We wanted to facilitate understanding of our activities on the international scene. In actual fact, the "FRI" is emphasised in the middle of the term "SO-FRI-GAM" to symbolise the concept of the cold (frigorifique in French (refrigerated in English). It is framed by an insulated container or box. The degree symbol at the end of the logo also serves to emphasise our expertise: temperature management. Finally, the colours and typography are more modern.

On the 26th and 27th January, we will be at Cool Chain Europe (15th edition) in Frankfurt

Cool Chain Europe has earnt the name as unmatchable exhibition for cold chain transportation pharmaceutical logistics. A genuine meeting place, every year it brings together approximately a hundred sponsors, equipment suppliers, pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries in order to introduce them to the latest insulated packaging solutions. No less than 100 conferences are offered on technical, regulatory or financial aspects governing temperature-controlled logistics management of heat-sensitive pharmaceutical products.
